We look forward to working with you.

1. Terms of Business for Workshops and Conferences

Satisfaction Guarantee

Schools and Colleges - we pride ourselves on our presentation and hope that you do too, however in the unlikely event that you are not satisfied with a workshop or conference, please let us know in writing within seven days of the workshop or conference along with your reasons why and we will offer you a refund, or credit towards the purchase of future training.

Changes to Content

In the spirit of constant improvement and for your benefit, the workshops and conferences are constantly updated. This means that we do reserve the right to alter any of the content without prior notice.

Payment

In order to make the payment process easier for both parties we ask for payment to be made within 28 days of the invoice.

Late Payments

We reserve the right to charge statutory interest & late payment penalties in accordance with the Late Payment of Commercial Debts (Interest) Act 1998 as amended and supplemented by the Late Payment of Commercial Debts Regulations 2002.

Cancellation and Refunds Policy

We regret that we are unable to offer any refund for cancellation or non attendance unless written confirmation has been received 10 working days prior to the start of the workshop or conference.

As a company, we will always endeavour not to cancel any of our workshops and conferences. We do however have to reserve the right to cancel at any time without liability. This is simply for those unlikely times when no other arrangement is possible and you will of course be refunded in full or offered a credit note.

Intellectual Property
  • We work extremely hard to research and create all of our conferences and workshops. Therefore we would ask that no one uses our work without our prior written consent or indeed allows anyone else to use it. In the case that permission is not given and our intellectual property is violated, for the sake of our business we will have to prosecute to the full extent of the law. In particular for our works (or any part of it):

  • Please do not: reprint, reproduce, transmit, scan, photograph, record, copy, assign, transfer, sell, sub-license, lease, mortgage, rent, loan, publish, distribute or otherwise by any electronic, mechanical or other means.

  • Please do not make available them on a network, internet, intranet, CD-rom, DVD, or similar medium.

  • Please do not alter, adapt, merge, modify, translate, reverse engineer, de-compile, disassemble or create derivative works.

  • Please do not remove, change or obscure any of our or any third party proprietary notices, labels or marks associated with the works.

  • Please do not export them from the country in which we supplied them to you, and please do not translate them into a foreign language.

Liability

We specifically disclaim any liability that is incurred from the use or application of the content of the workshops or conferences. We do not intend any harm and in the very unlikely event that any direct, incidental or consequential damages arise, we will not be considered responsible.

As a company we can come across a number of difficult issues and despite using numerous psychology within our research, we do not intend to replace any professional counsel for emotional or psychological issues. We always recommend referral to a qualified counsellor or therapist for use outside the scope of what we do - our conferences and workshops are for general use and not as a specific course of treatment.

As previously stated, we do pride ourselves on our research and knowledge, and we take care to check any of our works for both technical and non-technical errors. Therefore it would not be appropriate for us to take any responsibility for any errors or omissions. In the unlikely case that you do spot an error, we will of course repair
or replace the affected part of the works. But this will be the only remedy, and we are unable to make, express
or imply any other warranties.

Changes to Terms of Business

Because we are a continuously developing and improving company, we reserve the right to alter these terms
of business when we feel necessary, without having to give notice. It is obvious to state that none of our terms
and conditions affects rights as defined under UK law.
